| Anyone
who has spent any time on the Strictly ACE 750 Forum should be familiar
with the items produced by Ronnie Bennefeld, otherwise known as "The
Toolman". Ronnie makes some special items for the ACE 750, as well
as some other Shadows, that are unavailable elsewhere. These items are

The shifters come in 2 different diameters, 1" diameter for those with floorboards and the standard 1 1/4" diameter for those without floorboards. Both oversized pedals come grooved for O-Rings (included), and are machined from aluminum and polished to a chrome-like finish. The shifters will work on the Sabre and VLX also and some other bikes with a 5/16" round shifter peg. The brake pedal is for the 750 ACE only. The lift is made from welded 1 inch heavy wall schedule 40 tubular steel, and will raise the rear wheel approximately 2 1/2 to 3 inches. The lift will work on the Spirit 750 also. The lifting bar is knurled to prevent slippage. This lift makes a simple job of cleaning and lubing the chain on the 750 ACE , 750 Spirit, and VLX. Update!
